BOOST™ Gel 30 | Ice Mint

näak BOOST™ Gel 30 Ice Mint is an optimized carb energy gel to fuel endurance athletes, designed to reset your palate and to cool down. Each portion delivers 30g of carbohydrates to fuel moderate to high-intensity efforts without using artificial ingredients or flavorings.

With 0,05% menthol, the näak BOOST™ Gel 30 Ice Mint brings a sensory cooling effect, a formula that allows you to strategically avoir "sugar fatigue" ; its jelly ytexture help to prevent that sticky, sugary mouth feel that often causes runners to reject sweet gels and sports drinks late in a marathon or trail race.

Use BOOST™ Gel 30 during any high-intensity training session, long run, or race where you need fast-acting, stable energy, to avoid sugar fatigue while managing hot days. Engineered for endurance, it is equally effective for runners, cyclists, and triathletes. Incorporating it into your training sessions also allows you to train your gut, ensuring your digestive system is fully adapted and race-day ready.

Unlike other sports gels, näak BOOST™ Neutral provides 30g of carbohydrate and is made with 100% natural ingredients that are inherently gentler on the gut. It has a taste profile to deliver energy while avoiding flavor fatigue. Traditional gels, by contrast, often rely on lower carb doses packed with heavy artificial flavors, chemical additives, and high sweetness, which can quickly saturate your palate and cause nausea during long endurance efforts.

Yes. It is specifically formulated with 100% natural, clean ingredients that are gentle on the stomach under intense running conditions. This prevents the stomach bloating and severe GI distress common with lower-quality, highly-processed sugar gels.

To easily hit this target, you can mix and combine different products from the BOOST™ energy system to customize your hourly intake and meet your specific goals.

näak BOOST™ Gel 30 Neutral is free from all major allergens. It is 100% plant-based, vegan, non-GMO, and naturally gluten-free. It uses only clean-label, natural ingredients to ensure it is completely safe and gentle for runners with food sensitivities or strict dietary preferences.

The gel uses a precise combination of simple and complex carbohydrates, specifically utilizing a scientifically backed 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio. It delivers this optimal ratio by blending tapioca maltodextrin with agave syrup. This specific combination of ingredients ensures a rapid, immediate energy delivery to start, followed by a slow, controlled release of glucose to prevent sharp blood sugar spikes and subsequent energy crashes.
